Creative Healing Circles: Art for Every Age & Every Story

Art is for everyone. From toddlers scribbling their first line to seniors stitching memories into fabric, creativity brings joy, connection, and healing at every stage of life.

Creative Healing Circles is a flexible, community-rooted program that brings people together through hands-on arts activities—tailored for children, youth, adults, and elders alike. Whether it's a weekly session for newcomers, a summer art camp for teens, or a cozy stitching circle at a senior center, each workshop is designed to awaken self-expression and spark connection.

Led by artist and educator Katarina Al Hariri, our programs create warm, inclusive spaces where participants can:

• Explore creativity through drawing, painting, stitching, and wearable art
• Build community through shared stories and group projects
• Express without words—especially helpful for those overcoming trauma or language barriers
• Learn skills that could grow into income opportunities or personal passions

Our workshops are modular, mobile, and trauma-informed, making them ideal for:

• Early childhood programs
• Youth centers and after-school programs
• Newcomer and settlement agencies
• Women’s shelters and support hubs
• Senior residences and intergenerational events
• Community festivals and creative wellness retreats

From ages 1 to 125, everyone has a story—and we’re here to help tell it, stitch by stitch, line by line, color by color.
